We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location was ideal for exploring nearby tourist attractions such as the Amalfi Coast, Herkulanum, and Pompei. The staff were very polite and spoke English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom that was refreshed daily. We loved the lovely balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the great views, especially during sunset. The hotel restaurant offered delicious dinner options, including a great choice of pizzas and fish dishes. The breakfast options were also nice, with more than just sweet options available. we were very impressed with the service and hospitality provided here.

The air conditioning system was unreliable, the staff communication was poor, and the public beach was dirty. the hotel had a sewer smell, and mold was found under the bathroom vanity.

We visited during Christmas and we loved the festive decorations and the free hot chocolate offered by the café near the reception. The beach location was nice, and the sea views from our room were gorgeous. The free parking near the hotel and the always available staff were also great advantages.
